BON BOCK RESIDENCY FOR CULINARY EXCHANGE
Bon Bock's residency is a new way for Chefs, culinary enthusiasts and artists working with concepts of food and experience, to discover and explore Berlin.
We offer direct access to Berlin’s booming food and drink scene through our network of industry professionals from all aspects of the culinary world, as well as an immersive introduction into the city’s arts and culture.
No matter what your area of interest; regional cooking, butchery, cheese, preservation, mixology, natural wine, international cuisine, street-food, etc. Bon Bock will put you in contact with a specialist in any field for personal one-on-one meetings.
To help residents find what suits them best Bon Bock offers two specialised tiers in which residents can take part in. Specifically organized depending on what they are looking to achieve with their time in Berlin,
Spend 5 to 10 days in Berlin with organized meetings with local chefs, restaurant owners, food distributors and producers, sommeliers, events creators and journalists. As part of tier 1, Bon Bock can also facilitate organizing any pre-existing pop up that residents wish to present during their stay.
Spend up to 3 months in Berlin focussing on and conceiving a particular event, exhibition or project. As with tier 1, Bon Bock will organise specific meetings, as well as working with the resident in the realisation of their project. Helping with various options for spaces, catering equipment, staff and expertise.
Included in both resdencies is accomodation at Bon Bock's classic Berlin style flat in Kreuzberg-Friedrichshain, which has close connections to all corners of the city.
Schedule: For tier 1, we offer two 5 - 10 day slots, between the first and the last ten days of the month. For tier 2, the specific time frame must be arranged during application process.
